By purchasing an All Access Membership you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to any additional guidelines, restrictions or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections, services or products on this website.  The most important parts of our terms of use are listed here:

1. All PSD templates created by PSMGraphix may not be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including resale of any part of the artwork, unauthorized distribution to a third party or other electronic or mechanical methods.

2. At no time can any print reproduction lab, graphics service or artwork reproduction company obtain any layered templates created by PSMGraphix or use any individual piece of PSMGraphix artwork to provide a service.

3. All PSD Templates created by PSMGraphix are intended for the primary purpose of reproducing artwork to be sold within a single photography company to its customers.

4. Any company or business found to be using artwork created by PSMGraphix to provide a service to other companies or third parties will be subject to legal action including the removal of all artwork from advertisements, websites, and publications that the artwork appears in and may also be subject to collection.

By downloading any PSMGraphix templates you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and are legally bound by them.

Purchase/Cancellation Policy

With this membership program, you can cancel at any time.  If you purchase the membership and don't use the membership we do not provide refunds.
